Guided by the seasonal harvest, our in-house culinary staff creates locally-inspired menus for all occasions, from plated meals to family-style dining, buffets and cocktail receptions. Our team will assist you in choosing the menu for your event, paired with signature cocktails and hand-selected wines and our warm, professional waitstaff, bartenders, and coordinators will deliver welcoming and efficient service.


Pricing Details & Inclusions

For ease of planning, we bundled our site fee into one singular fee that covers the venue space, arrival space, ceremony space, chairs, tables, dance floor, etc. The pricing is based on the number of hours you want for your wedding. This rental time does not include early arrival; we offer this complimentary. The Site-Fee rental time is measured from the start of your ceremony to the end of your reception. 


Our Team

As you fall in love with Terrain you may be wondering how your dream wedding will come to life in our venues. Our skilled and experienced team of Event Managers are here to help with just that!

Your dedicated Terrain Event Manager will be your main point of contact for all your wedding day details. They will begin planning with you six months in advance, and will be present on your big day to provide support and ensure everything flows seamlessly.

We know the little details are so important, which is why a Terrain Event Coordinator will also be on-site for your wedding day as extra support to your Event Manager. Our team's priority is to ensure that the big day you've always dreamed about lives up to all your expectations.

Work to help craft a detailed outline of your big day, from your arrival at the venue all the way through your planned departure.

Help create a floor plan that best utilizes our venue space to include vendors, booths, photographers, musicians, etc.

Support with menu creation while keeping dietary restrictions and allergies top of mind.

Rehearsal and Wedding Day Ceremony Processional
Plan a detailed rehearsal and address any last-minute concerns before the big day.


Special Wedding Types

Micro Weddings

Guests: 50 maximum

Offered: Mondays – Thursdays

Duration: 3.5 hours

Our micro weddings are petite wedding celebrations with the most important people in your life. We take the traditional elements of a large wedding and scale them to accommodate a more intimate number of guests; our micro weddings at terrain welcome a maximum of 50 guests, including you and your fiancé. Micro weddings have fewer details to worry about, less to prepare for, and a streamlined planning process, which makes preparing for your big day less stressful. Our micro weddings are a total of 3.5 hours, from the ceremony start time to the conclusion of the party (you can always add more time).

Brunch Weddings

Guests: 50 maximum

Offered: January – March, Sundays only

Duration: 3.5 hours

Since Terrain Cafe is known for the best brunch in town, it was only fitting we marry brunch and weddings at our venues. Brunch weddings allow for a unique, non-traditional wedding experience; you can place less focus on large party planning and put more energy into connecting with your guests over passed hors d'oeuvres and mimosas.

Brunch weddings are a great option for couples who are interested in smaller, more intimate celebrations, and don’t want a traditional reception or party. This unique, daytime alternative to the standard micro-wedding includes the main offerings you need to host your celebration: unique furnishings, impeccable culinary creations, and bountiful surroundings for beautiful photos.
